After the grace period, wait time is billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle — $80 per hour for the Sedan, $85 for the Executive Sedan, $95 per hour for the SUV and $100 for the Executive SUV — prorated to the time waited.

Gratuity is never added automatically — you can add an optional tip for your chauffeur when you book online, or hand it to your chauffeur on the day; every tip goes to your chauffeur.
