After the grace period, wait time is billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle — $80 per hour for the Sedan, $85 for the Executive Sedan, $95 per hour for the SUV and $100 for the Executive SUV — prorated to the time waited.
How does payment work?
Every booking shows its fixed price before you confirm — the price you see is the price for the ride. Gratuity is never added automatically — you can add an optional tip for your chauffeur when you book online, or hand it to your chauffeur on the day; every tip goes to your chauffeur. Once online card payment is live on this site, the card you book with is the card any cancellation or no-show fee is charged to. Until then, bookings are reserved when you submit them and payment is arranged with us directly.
